快溫變試驗箱

快溫變試驗箱適(shi)用于(yu)航天產品、信息(xi)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)儀(yi)器儀(yi)表、材料、電(dian)(dian)工、電(dian)(dian)子(zi)產品、各(ge)種電(dian)(dian)子(zi)元氣件在高溫低(di)溫快速變化的環境下、檢驗其各(ge)性能項指標。

  1 整個(ge)箱(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)采(cai)用整體(ti)結構(gou)。箱(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)結構(gou)2 箱(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)內側(ce)采(cai)用1.0mm進口SUS304B不銹鋼(gang)板,外側(ce)采(cai)用1.0mm 冷(leng)(leng)軋鋼(gang)板噴塑,保溫(wen)材料采(cai)用超細玻璃保溫(wen)棉。3 大門密封采(cai)用雙層硅橡(xiang)膠(jiao)密封材料。4 觀察(cha)窗為多(duo)層導電膜(mo)鋼(gang)化中空玻璃,尺寸大小為350×500mm為防止(zhi)低溫(wen)時玻璃結霜,特設(she)內置(zhi)式(shi)特制(zhi)安全電壓(ya)發熱(re)絲環繞加(jia)熱(re)帶供電電壓(ya)36V,并設(she)有(you)照明(ming)燈,為觀察(cha)提供照明(ming)。5 在箱(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)側(ce)面設(she)有(you)帶塞子的φ50mm測試孔,塞子材料為硅橡(xiang)膠(jiao)低發泡,能耐高低溫(wen),兼具保溫(wen)效能。6 在箱(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)工作室后(hou)側(ce)設(she)置(zhi)有(you)一個(ge)空氣調節(jie)柜,在其間安裝 加(jia)濕器、蒸發器、電加(jia)熱(re)器、風(feng)(feng)機、風(feng)(feng)機蝸(gua)殼等設(she)備(bei)。7 溫(wen)度(du)傳感器置(zhi)于出風(feng)(feng)口。8 試驗箱(xiang)(xiang)內的送風(feng)(feng)方式(shi)為上送風(feng)(feng)下回(hui)風(feng)(feng)方式(shi)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)系統(tong)(tong)溫(wen)度(du)快(kuai)速變化試驗箱(xiang)(xiang)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)系統(tong)(tong)及壓(ya)縮(suo)機:為了(le)保證試驗箱(xiang)(xiang)降溫(wen)速率和溫度的要求,本試驗箱采用一套泰康全封閉壓縮機所組成的二元復疊式風冷制冷系統。復疊式制冷系統包含一個高溫制冷循環和一個低溫制冷循環,其連接容器為蒸發冷凝器,蒸發冷凝器是也到能量傳遞的作用,將工作室內熱能通過兩級制冷系統傳遞出去,實現隆溫的目的。制冷系統的設計應用能量調節技術,一種行之有效的處理方式既能保證在制冷機組正常運行的情況下又能對制冷系統的能耗及制冷量進行有效的調節,使制冷系統的運行費用和故障率下降到較為經濟的狀態。制冷劑:采用DUPONT公司R404(高溫循環)、R23(低溫循環)輔助件:膨脹閥(丹麥丹佛斯),電磁閥(意大利CASTEL);過濾器(美國愛高);油離器(中國臺灣冠壓)等制冷配件均采用進口件。

  制冷(leng)(leng)工(gong)作原(yuan)理溫(wen)度快速變化試驗箱高(gao)低制冷(leng)(leng)循(xun)環(huan)(huan)均采用逆(ni)卡若循(xun)環(huan)(huan),該循(xun)環(huan)(huan)由兩個等溫(wen)過程(cheng)和兩個絕(jue)熱(re)(re)(re)過程(cheng)組成。其過程(cheng)如下:制冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)經壓(ya)(ya)縮機絕(jue)熱(re)(re)(re)壓(ya)(ya)縮到較高(gao)的壓(ya)(ya)力,消耗了功使排氣溫(wen)度升高(gao),之(zhi)后制冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)經冷(leng)(leng)凝器等溫(wen)地和四周介質(zhi)進(jin)行(xing)熱(re)(re)(re)交換,將熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang)傳給四周介質(zhi)。后制冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)經閥絕(jue)熱(re)(re)(re)膨脹(zhang)做功,這時制冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)溫(wen)度降低。制冷劑通過蒸發器等溫地從溫度較高的物體吸熱,使被冷卻物體溫度降低。此循環周而復始從而達到降溫之目的。
